Thanksgiving Week

It started with a nice visit from Brad. We had lots of fun visiting with him.

Then Elvia and Sam stopped by, Sam gave Hoosier a taste of what it will be like when Giovanni gets a little bigger.

Off to Grandma and Grandpa's house for Thanksgiving.

Tori was all dressed up and ready for dinner.

The Vanderpool's were nice enough to let us pick out our tree early.

Monday, November 19

Gio Eating Cereal, not really sure what to think.

Do I eat this or just spit it out?

I'm starting to like playing on my tummy more.

I'm so close to rolling over by myself!!

All clean and ready to go!!

It was a difficult week this week. Gio started projectile vomiting last Thursday, we thought he had the stomach flu. We gave him pedialyte, rest and love. By Monday, he was better, but still throwing up. Tuesday was his 4 month doctor's appointment. He weighs 14.5 pounds, 25 inches. He's about 50 percentile in weight and 60 percentile in height. We think he may have reflux so we started him on some medication (ranitidine for all the pharmacy people who review this). Don't worry, Dad double checked the dose!! He also got his shots which made him feel under the weather as well. We started him on cereal, as you can see above. He is doing quite well with it, sometimes a little unsure what to do, his bowel movements have sure increased!! After a weekend of relaxing inside, he is back to his own self and starting to laugh. We are looking forward to Turkey day with both sides of the family, maybe Giovanni can have a little mashed potatoes.
