Oh how times have changed!!

This is the receipt from my Grandma Josie's wedding reception from 1939. What's more surprising, a wedding cake for $30? or that they ordered 1,000 beef sandwiches?

George and I took our first trip away together without Giovanni. It was FABULOUS!! Thanks to Nick and Kristin (Cole and Nico) for watching Giovanni. Aruba itself was fantastic and it is highly recommended!! I am limited to the number of pictures I added because Google has been acting up (it may be the size of the pictures from my camera). Even though we were gone for 4 nights, it really was a nice respite away from work and the day-to-day. Next time we plan to take Giovanni with us and stay for 2, 4, 6, weeks, months, etc. (Whatever we can!)

Sorry for the closed eyes, I couldn't delete this picture and replace. This is the first time in the car that Giovanni LOVED being the passenger. Cole, Mason, and little Billy drove him around and around the house!
